The business has operated as Pro-Tech Utilities Contractors, Inc. since 1999, and it has stayed a Trevathan family company under president Lois J. Trevathan. We never grew into a faceless outfit. We are big enough to run the excavators and the boring rig, and small enough that the people who bid your job are the people who show up to build it.
